To unsubscribe from a subscription purchased through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), follow these steps:

For iOS Users:​

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, view Apple ID, sign in if necessary, and scroll down to Subscriptions.)
  4. Find and tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

For Android Users:​

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
  2. Tap Menu (three horizontal lines) then Subscriptions.
  3. Find and tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.

After canceling, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
